Approval Checklist Acknowledgement

By submitting, I/We acknowledge having read and agreed to the following rules:

Only two (2) unrelated people may live in each unit. Additional residents need Owner & Board approval.
Tenants are allowed guests for a maximum of two (2) weeks only.
Vehicles: A copy of registration is needed matching the tags. Two parking spaces maximum.
No commercial vehicles or trailers. No motorcycles, mopeds, or non-electric scooters.
No parking on the grass at any time. Guest vehicles after midnight must register with the office.
Pool entry is by key only. Guests must be accompanied by an adult resident.
Curfew is at 9:00 pm for persons under 18 years of age. Quiet hours 9:00 pm – 8:00 am.
All pets must be on a leash. One pet, no more than 25 lbs. There is a designated dog walk.
Speed limit on Fairway Oaks private roads is 10 MPH.
Personal belongings must be inside. Lanai/patio & carport areas cannot be used for storage.
Trash and recycling go out Wednesday after 5pm; bring back by Thursday evening.
Board meetings are scheduled for the 3rd Wednesday of every other month (owners only).

Certification

By signing below, I/We authorize the Fairway Oaks Board of Directors and its authorized agents to investigate my/our background(s), including a credit check and criminal background check. I/We have read the Documents and Rules & Regulations and agree to abide by them. A non-refundable fee, payable to Fairway Oaks, must accompany this application.
